I have the free version but every time I have a need to smoke I just pop open this app and I see all the progress I have done this far and it gives me that little extra push to keep going on. I would recommend this app to anyone trying to quit

Very disappointing

I spent the money for the Pro version and very disappointed. I was hoping it wasnt going to be like the other quit smoking apps and in the end it just tells you how many days your smoke free and money saved. Total waste of time

I think the app is great!

Lots of information. Place to keep a diary and tons of tracking done for you. I havent had a single puff from a cigarette since 9/11/2015 and I did it with this app and NRT. It would be great if there was a place to track NRTs and how much money you spend on them and then compare to the cost of traditional stinky sticks. Just a thought though. Great job on the app guys! Keep it up. And thank you!

Top notch motivation

It is not easy to quit smoking. I tried so many times and many techniques, apps, drugs, etc. I downloaded this app on the day after I managed to quit, just immediately paid the $4.99 for the full version, and it has been an incredible crutch. One on the biggest benefits Ive gotten from it is the dashboard feature telling me how many cigarettes I WOULD have smoked, how much money Ive saved, and the craving tracker immediately takes you to dozens of ideas to get through the craving. Buy the full version straight away. Worth it. I dont know how the free version is, but if you are actually serious about quitting, just dive in. Like do it today. Dont wait.

Theres an app for everything, right? But I never expected an app to help me this much. The missions make sense, do them. The gif stuff is fun, enjoy them. The support pre quit and post quit has kept me going. David, thanks. Dont stop researching and creating.

Motivation and Support

I just have the free version of this app, but look at it every single day. I like to see how many days I have been smoke-free how much money I have saved and how many cigarettes I would have smoked. Ive been wanting to quit for awhile now, Im 35 and have smoked for about 15 years. Have been smoke free for 20 days. This app has really been enjoyable. Its like a friend that cheers you on everyday.

Perfect

I decided to quit smoking after 30 years. I have not smoked in 10 days and it has been surprisingly easy for me. I wont say that this app is the sole reason for my success, but it is a great app that is filled with motivation. I never thought I could quit, especially after 30 years. It can be done though. Be strong. Take it 1 day at a time. Believe.
