Automatically purchased full app?

I did not plan on buying the full version of the app but I woke up one morning to see that I had all of the features unlocked. Not sure what happened but whatever. Havent smoked since I downloaded the app. It helps to see how many cigarettes you havent smoked and how many hours/days youve been cig free

This App is ALOT of help

This app is a lot of help, there is a button at the bottom that says craving? If you hit it it will mark that you had a craving whether it was light or heavy and then a screen pops up showing you what to do next how do I avoid smoking a cigarette and all the reasons why you should not smoke a cigarette, this app is been a lot of help I havent smoked in 60 days

It has kept me motivated since day one. Since not spending on cigarettes no more, investing $5 on the app is worthy. After over 20 years smoking, its been over a week i have quit. I wont even look back, its time to move on.

Very helpful!

I think its great to see how many cigarettes you havent smoked as opposed to how many packs. I just wish you could back time your cravings because I usually cant log them right away (usually while driving or at work) so its a little skewed. I also tried to share my progress on Facebook and it only shared a link for the app.

Miss advertising

All in all its a decent app. However, in the app store it shows that its available for Apple Watch which it no longer is according to discussion forums in their help section. I only purchased the app in order to have it on my Apple Watch and now its not available and I paid for it as well so thats very very disappointing and defeats why I purchased it in the first place.

Mind over matter

This app is helpful as its been 8 days since I quit. In my opinion its more mind over matter than anything else. Its nice to see the counter thou.

This app is awesome! Im thinking about getting the paid version since its notified me that i saved that much money already! Its a great tool to quit smoking, but should also be used in addition to other methods of quitting.

Really like this app.

Simple, but it tracks your quitting time and provides motivation. I just use the free version, but seriously considering the paid version. Nice clean format.

This app is a great motivational tool. Whenever Im craving a cigarette I just open the app and remember why I wanted to quit in the first place. Highly recommend, definitely worth a shot!

Great app!

This app has kept me honest so far. I love the "craving?" Feature. Its worth the pro price just for the motivation. Also the craving feature and the additional graphs helps you see when you most crave. Ill keep going on about the craving feature a bit more lol. When Im craving I focus and write down why. It helps me pass the craving and give my mind something else to do.

If youre trying to graph craves forget it

Changing from four to three stars as the craving tracker doesnt work. Ive logged in over 20 cravings but the count and graph say 14. The list is correct but this is a big problem for those of us who wish to see our craves either diminish or not. Having a malfunctioning graph during withdrawal is not fun. A bit of a learning curve but an interesting program to help smoking cessation. Ive quit a few times, twice I went beyond six months. This app seems to address more issues than others. I wish the health improvements were easier to see as those are the most motivating for me. Had one problem and the creator of the program emailed me back quickly. So definitely four stars. If it works Ill come back to give it five.
