About 45 minutes ago, I earned my 1 year badge. I waited to do a review on this app until I was one year smoke free to see that it really worked and wasnt just a temporarily motivating gimmick. I smoked for 21 years and kicked the habit cold turkey. I cannot stress enough how effective this app is. Through experience I can tell you that there is absolutely no way that I could have done it without this app. It really does make it a game to get your badges and I found that I didnt want to let myself down and have to go back to square one. Every feature in this app is well thought out to help keep you motivated. I wasnt even dead set on quitting, but the seven missions leading up to my quit date helped to prepare me and make me want to succeed. I have already recommended this app to every smoker I know and if you are even a little motivated to quit, this will get you extremely motivated and give you the tools to stay that way.
